How to determine the right collar size
When purchasing a leather dog collar, it is important to know the correct neck circumference. A dog collar should primarily be comfortable. That’s why it is essential to measure your dog’s neck with enough room.

Use a flexible measuring tape and measure the circumference of your dog’s neck. Measure close to the shoulders. The collar should fit snugly but comfortably. A good rule of thumb is to leave room for two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck. You may add up to 5 cm to this measurement — this will be the collar size. Alternatively, you can measure your dog's current collar.

Leather is a popular material that is also very comfortable for a dog’s neck.
The collar you choose should have enough room around your dog’s neck — approximately 1 to 1.5 cm (or two fingers side by side). Also ensure the collar is wide enough to prevent it from cutting into your dog’s neck. With this extra space, your dog won’t feel restricted, and the collar will sit comfortably.

The leather collar is adjustable using the holes. The distance from the start of the buckle pin to the last hole is the maximum adjustable length.
