The fabric is intended for indoor use and can be removed completely from the inner cushion.

Flexible EPS filling that follows your dog's body

A comfortable dog bed should accommodate the way your dog prefers to rest.

Some dogs sleep curled up, while others lie on their sides or stretch out fully. The Dog's Companion inner cushion contains loose EPS beads, approximately 3 to 4 mm in diameter.

These beads move independently beneath your dog's weight. When your dog settles onto the bed, the filling redistributes to follow the body's contours. As your dog changes position, the beads can move again. This creates a mouldable resting surface that differs from a fixed foam cushion. The filling helps distribute body weight across the bed and can be adjusted by adding additional EPS beads.

EPS consists of approximately 98% air and has insulating properties. It helps retain warmth, while spaces between the beads allow air to circulate.

Our recommendation: Choose the size that corresponds to your dog's breed. If your breed is not included, compare your dog with a similarly sized breed. When choosing between two sizes, the larger bed provides additional room to stretch out.

A washable cover for everyday care

Dog beds are used regularly and can collect loose fur, dust and dirt.

The Soft Corduroy outer cover can be removed using the zip and machine washed at 40°C. The care label is located inside the cover near the zip. Always follow the instructions provided. Between washes, loose hair can be removed with a vacuum cleaner or by shaking out the cover.

An additional cover is useful if you want your dog to continue using the inner cushion while the original cover is being cleaned.

Refill the EPS beads when needed

With regular use, EPS beads may gradually lose some volume.

If the cushion becomes lower or feels softer, additional EPS beads can be added through the zip in the inner cushion. This allows you to restore the height and firmness without replacing the entire dog bed. Replacement outer covers, separate inner covers and complete inner cushions are also available from Dog's Companion.
