• All parcels will be shipped with  &  .
• Delivery time is an indication. In most cases, a parcel will be delivered within the specified delivery time. Around holidays and in case there are adverse weather conditions (for example snow) a delay may well be possible.
• When ordered and paid before 14:30h (on weekdays), the order will be dispatched the same day with DHL Or DPD.
• Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Track & Trace e-mail, which you can use to track your shipment from start to finish.

Returns

We at Dog's Companion want to have satisfied customers. So if you feel not completely satisfied by our product(s) please feel free to return your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.
We will pay you back the complete purchase amount (including possible shipping). Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Please follow the following instructions:

1) You can register return shipments via this link . Simply follow a number of steps to create a return label or schedule a collection order via the portal of our partner Returnista! We ask a modest contribution of (for example) 2.95 (Return label NL) or 3.45 (Collection order NL). For Belgium, this contribution is at: 3.95 (Return label BE) or 4.95 (Collection order BE).

Of course, you may also return the parcel yourself. In that case, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt via the e-mail address below:

- Address
- Invoice number & Order number
- Reason for return (optional)

2) After your notice of withdrawal, you can return your product to us within 30 days. We would like to ask you to wait for confirmation from customer service first, so that we can process your return faster. You should, for example, enclose a copy of your invoice (or other proof such as a copy of a bank statement). In principle, refunds are made using the same means of payment you used to pay for the goods. In case you have transferred the amount, please mention your bank account number to which we can refund the purchase amount.

3) If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. Once we have received the goods in good order, you will receive confirmation of this within a few working days.
If you do more with the products than evaluate them (to see if you want to keep them) and this causes damage to the product, you will be liable for this depreciation. As a guideline, you may assess/use the products as you would in a shop.
The purchase price consists of the full amount paid, including any shipping costs. Return shipping costs, however, are for your own account.
